EVANS-BEATTY FAMILY REUNION UPDATE

Dear Evans-Beatty Family,
          On Tuesday, March 24, 2020, our Evans-Beatty Family Reunion Board voted, unanimously, to postpone our family reunion to St. Ann’s, Jamaica, on July 4-11, 2020. We are, continually, monitoring the effects of the pandemic that is the new reality of the world. We believe the safety and health of every member of our family is to be the most important consideration in our planning of our events. We value our family, and we want you all to be safe from danger and disease.
          We know that many of you are staying at home with your families. There are some of you who have been hit hard with lay-off notices and limited work hours. All of these events can be devastating at a time when you might have planned otherwise. Please know that the Evans-Beatty Family Reunion Board is continuing to meet to discuss ways to pray, plan, fundraise, and prepare for our Evans-Beatty Family future family reunions.
          If you have donated to the Evans-Beatty website at www.evansbeattyfamilyreunions.myevent.com, please be advised that we will refund you your deposits for the units at the Club Caribbean resort in St. Ann’s Jamaica, if that is your wish. You can request your deposit(s) (if you have allocated those moneys, specifically, for the unit) from Isaac Evans at ikebec@aol.com or text (559) 972-6793. Please allow three weeks for processing time. If you would like your money to remain in the website account, we would like to thank you, because it is our goal to, continually, fundraise in order to have successful family reunions.
          We would like to encourage each of you to stay healthy and safe. We love you so much, and we hope that this pandemic will be wiped out soon so that we can resume our family reunion plans.  Stay in touch!!!
